Ray & Shauna Baker | Owners

 

Quick Clamp Solutions is a family-built company, founded by Raymond and Shauna Baker—two people with completely different strengths that happen to fit together exactly when and where it matters.

Ray, CEO and owner of Quick Clamp Solutions, brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing. As a Director in Corporate Engineering supporting food and beverage plants, he’s spent his career solving real operational problems, improving systems, and responding to equipment failures that can halt production or cause massive product loss. After witnessing firsthand what happens when a silo valve or clamp fails, he designed the Quick Clamp Sanitary Adapter—a practical, purpose-built tool created from real industry experience. Ray is the one who visualizes solutions, sketches ideas, refines details, and turns complex challenges into usable tools.

Shauna is the backbone behind the operation. In her role as CFO and co-owner, she manages the company’s operations, financial structure, communication, and the day-to-day decisions that keep a young business from slipping into chaos. With extensive experience in customer-facing roles, the title industry, procurement, and accounting, she brings a steady, solutions-focused voice to every part of QCS. Her mix of real-world experience and business management training gives the company the organization, clarity, and follow-through that technical startups often struggle to build.

“I’ve seen the videos of what can happen during a failure,” Shauna says. “And I believe in the product because I believe in Ray and his ability to bring these ideas to life.” She even applied the product herself without issue—proof that the Quick Clamp Sanitary Adapter is intuitive, fast to deploy, and usable by anyone who needs it. She’s the one who translates engineering into something customers and distributors can understand. She keeps processes tight, communication clear, and the business grounded in reality.

Running QCS as a family business means every decision is personal—we don’t cut corners, and we stand behind what we build.

Together, Raymond and Shauna lead Quick Clamp Solutions with a shared purpose: creating practical, reliable tools that solve real problems for real people in the food and beverage industry. The Quick Clamp Sanitary Adapter may have started with Ray’s engineering vision, but its success comes from the way both founders drive the company forward—each with a strength the other doesn’t try to replace.

Jace Snodgrass | Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of Quick Clamp Solutions, Jace Snodgrass plays a central role in guiding the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term vision. With a mind that blends precision and creativity, Jace oversees everything from product development and internal systems to customer experience and marketing. His analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and calm leadership ensure that the company not only runs smoothly but also stays innovative and responsive to the evolving needs of its clients.

Jace brings a deep background in math, science, and aviation to the team. He earned his degree in Mathematics while playing collegiate baseball at Friends University—graduating at the top of his class—and later pursued his lifelong dream of becoming a pilot. After earning his wings, he served as a respected flight instructor at Hesston College for four years, where he was known for his clarity, patience, and technical mastery. These same strengths now serve Quick Clamp’s growing mission: solving real-world problems with intelligent, efficient solutions. Whether he's working on clamp improvements or streamlining team operations, Jace brings focus, integrity, and an engineer’s mindset to the table.

Outside of work, Jace is often found flying planes, riding motorcycles, or playing lead guitar in his band, Sonora Aero. A natural problem-solver and an old soul at heart, Jace thrives on building things that last—whether it’s a tool that makes someone’s job easier or a company culture rooted in authenticity, teamwork, and family values. His unique blend of brilliance and humility makes him a cornerstone of the Quick Clamp leadership team.

Krista Hoheisel | Compliance Officer

As Compliance Officer at Quick Clamp Solutions, Krista Hoheisel ensures the company operates with integrity, accountability, and precision at every level. With a background in business and a strong understanding of industry regulations, Krista oversees internal processes, risk management, and policy adherence to support sustainable growth and protect the company's reputation.

Her attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way make her an essential part of the leadership team. Krista is passionate about creating efficient systems, fostering a culture of transparency, and helping Quick Clamp Solutions deliver reliable service while staying ahead of compliance standards.

Outside of work, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband, Trevor, and their dog, Leroy. She also loves sewing, refinishing furniture, and staying active in her local community.

Shad Snodgrass | Sales

Shad Snodgrass is proud and excited to be part of Quick Clamp Solutions, a family business built on innovation, teamwork, and trust. With over a decade of experience as a business owner, Shad brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong customer relationships, solve real-world problems, and follow through with integrity.

Known for his strong work ethic and steady presence, Shad is thrilled to join the Quick Clamp sales team and help bring simple solutions to companies across the country. He believes in the product wholeheartedly and sees it as more than just a tool—it’s a smart solution that can make a real difference.

For Shad, it’s about more than business. It’s about building something that lasts. Integrity and legacy matter to him, and he’s excited to contribute to a company that values both. Whether it’s through partnerships, teamwork, or simply showing up with honesty and heart, Shad is all in.      

When he's not out in the field meeting with customers or supporting the team, Shad enjoys spending quality time with his family, hunting in the great outdoors, and soaking in live music.  

Kade Snodgrass | Sales

Kade Snodgrass is a dedicated member of the Quick Clamp Solutions sales team, currently pursuing a degree in Business Management. He began his college journey at Neosho Community College, where he earned an Associate in Science and played collegiate baseball, later continuing his athletic and academic career at Colorado State University- Pueblo. Through these experiences, he developed strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure—skills that now serve him well in business.

Traveling across the country for baseball gave Kade the chance to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, build meaningful relationships, and learn how to work effectively with anyone. He brings that same team-first mindset, mental toughness, and drive for results into his role at Quick Clamp Solutions. Whether supporting a client or collaborating internally, he focuses on clear communication, follow-through, and integrity.

Kade is honored to be part of a family-driven company rooted in innovation and service. He values the opportunity to contribute to a product he believes in and a team that shares his commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Kade enjoys working out, hiking, and fishing—spending time outdoors to stay grounded and energized.

Bob Baker | IT / Sales

From my early years in Hutchinson, Kansas, I cultivated a strong foundation in discipline and technical skills. At 18, I joined the Navy, serving 16.5 years as a Missile Technician on three SSBN submarines, where I operated and maintained Strategic Weapons Systems, including missile launcher and fire control systems. My assignments at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific and Atlantic deepened my expertise in high-stakes technical operations, instilling a commitment to precision and reliability that continues to define my career.

Years later, I transitioned to the private sector, starting as an electro-mechanical technician at Hospira, where I worked as a Senior Production Operator on the injectable narcotics packaging line, ensuring zero downtime and a target of 100,000 units packaged per hour. I later joined Tyson Foods in maintenance and troubleshooting packaging equipment for their pepperoni lines. My career then evolved into IT, where I provided technical support for Network Management Group Inc., designing, setting up, and servicing networks for CPA firms. Currently, as a System Administrator for Data Center Inc., I support community banks using our software while keeping our infrastructure operational, secure, and efficient.

Reflecting on my journey, joining QuickClamp Solutions marks an exciting yet challenging new chapter. My diverse background—from naval service to IT systems administration—equips me to tackle complex challenges with precision and adaptability. I am thrilled to contribute to a true family business, fostering a workplace culture that values collaboration and innovation, while bringing my passion for operational excellence to drive the company’s success.

Stefanie Olivas is a passionate and relationship-driven Sales Representative for Quick Clamp Solutions, proudly serving Northern and Central California. With a strong background in healthcare leadership and operations, Stefanie brings a unique eye for safety, efficiency, and compliance to every partnership she builds.


Her hands-on approach allows her to understand each client’s production challenges—from wineries and breweries to dairy processing plants—and provide practical, real-world solutions using Quick Clamp’s innovative emergency response technology.


Stefanie is known for her authenticity, dedication, and ability to connect with people at every level of an organization. Whether she’s visiting a production floor, training staff, or helping prevent costly product loss, she’s committed to ensuring every client has the tools and confidence they need to stay productive and safe.


When she’s not on the road meeting clients, Stefanie enjoys spending time with her family and developing creative projects through her medical spa, Rejuvenate Aesthetics.
